Driving License will be issued after driving training was attended

The new system of issuing driver license was introduced on 1st February 2008, said an official of Ka Nya Na. After checking drivers and found out that 90 % of drivers had not attended the training of driving courses. They learned driving from their friends or relatives. Such persons can be able to drive but did not understand properly traffic rules. From now on, driver license will be given to the person who has already attended training for driving courses. Myanmar and China cooperatively produce Electronic Circuits for Myanmar Trains

The Circuits are used for Myanmar trains and formerly those are imported from foreign countries. To reduce the spending of foreign currencies, the industries under Myanmar's train will produce circuits with the help of China technology. According to Animals exchange plan, two rare white Tigers from China arrived at Nay Pyi Daw

Two tigers are a couple, male and female. Not like ordinary Tigers, these two tiger's color is not yellow and black stripes but white and pale black stripes. The specie is Panthera Tigris and the length of the body is 3 meter long and weigh between 200 and 230 kg. 80 % of tigers over the world are Bengol Tigers and live in Myanmar, India, Bingladesh, Butan, Nepal. Raw herbal materials export increase

Donors gave half of the cost for expanding Yangon child hospital

Donors gave about 850 millions kyat to construct a four storey building in the Yangon Child Hospital. Firstly The Hospital has opened with 300 beds on 23rd September 1978. Dala dockyard is now giving services of ship building and repairing

Dala dockyard is the biggest dockyard in Myanmar. The area of dockyard is about 31 acres and it is big enough to room all sort of ships. There are 14 docks [300 tons] and one big water dock [1400 tons] in the compound. Right now Dala dock is building No.4 cargo ship weighing 500 tons. GSM Station is already set up at Swa Township

A mobile station was built at Swa Township to get GSM communication more easily along Yangon- Mandalay road. Swa is situated along Ygn- Mdy high way and one of towns where most of the traveling vehicles take a rest there. That town is located between Thagara and Yay Tar Shay Township. 1000Chickens breeding farm will cost about 35 or 40 lahks [40,000,000] kyats. It can be assumed fairly big money. Previously owners of breeding farms and whole sale dealers worked upon mutual trust. Some owners of breeding farms permitted whole sale dealers to catch animals without any advanced deposits. Mya- Jpn reached an agreement to fund at the construction of Monastery Education School

Japan government's has funded US $ 76996 to build monastery education school at Maha Dharma Ceria monastery in Yangon. The monastery has taught 1000 children from 1963to 1986 but the main building had caught fire. With the new teaching plan the monastery has been delivering courses to children. An authority from the Ministry of Hotel and Tourism said that a plan is in the offing to fine tour guides, working in the Tourism business who do not have a valid tour guide licence. The present punishment for this charge is a fine of 50000 kyats and 2 year in jail or both.

From 1st February MWD is launching two new digital channels MWD2, MWD3 and current channel MWD1.
